People who wish to attend the summer school must fill out the application form below. Eligible applications will be reviewed and those selected to participate in the school will be notified by email. Important dates for the application and selection process are the following:

                Application opening January 20
                Application deadline March 11
                Selection and announcement April 1

A two week period will be allowed for selected candidates to confirm participation. After that time any remaining seats will be offered to candidates from waiting lists. Selected candidates who confirm their participation will be requested to register. Registration instructions will be provided to selected participants.

The selection process is now over. The announcement will proceed as follow:

1) The highest ranked participants will be sent a invitation letter early April. They will be given two weeks to confirm.

2) If a selected participant declines or the two weeks period expires, their spot will be given to the next person on the list.

3) when all the available seats will be taken, the applications that were not selected will be notified.
