I'm trying to following the homework instructions, but:

1) had to change "1KGP_Phase3_Pruned_forMDS_2019" to "Raw_DATA_b36" to run some commands given

2) couldn't find "1KGP3_eur20170320.txt" and the other two for Africans and Asians.

I also got another one or two file name problems but didn't write them down.

Any suggestions?
